The BII, which is the professional body for the licensed retail sector, has opened applications for the Apprentice of the Year Award.
The award, which celebrates the benefit of apprenticeships for both employers and the apprentices, is open for nominations until 28th March 2014.
The Apprentice of the Year Award aims to reward current apprentices and those who have completed a BII Apprenticeship. Employers are asked to nominate their apprentices for the award.
The award category is: Intermediate Apprentice of the Year- Level 2
To enter for this category the apprentice must: Currently be undertaking the Intermediate Level Apprenticeship in Licensed Hospitality, or have completed the Intermediate Level Apprenticeship in Licensed Hospitality within the 12 months prior to the closing date for entries of 14th March 2014.
The awards are a part of the Hospitality Apprenticeship Awards for 2014 and the winner will automatically be considered for the winning title of Hospitality Apprentice of the Year.
