Spirit Pub Co To Recruit 600 Apprentices in 2015

Spirit Pub Company has announced that it plans to recruit 600 new candidates to its apprenticeship scheme in 2015.

This will take the pub company’s total number of candidates that are studying towards or have completed an apprenticeship to 2000 by the end of its financial year.

The pub company is now trying to attract new apprentices through its kitchen team development programmes; Chef Academy and Apprentichef.

The company has 750 qualified apprentices now building their career in the hospitality industry and 63- working towards a level 2 apprenticeship, which is part of Spirit’s ‘Training Journal Gold Award’ programme. A third of candidates who completed the Level 3 Leadership & Management qualification have now progressed through to management roles.

We’re committed to ensuring our team can benefit from learning while they’re earning as well as providing clear opportunities to follow a successful career pathway within the hospitality sector.”
